The products are all hand-dipped, hence there will always be some variation and all pieces are unique. Occasionally, the back of products may display minor marks due to being permitted to be touched during the drying and firing process. As a result, there will always be a section of the base of stoneware products that remains unfinished or raw. This is a normal occurrence and is not indicative of substandard quality; it can be observed in all glazed stoneware products. Occasionally, slight color differences may also be present on the back of certain items, like bowls, which is caused by the presence of excess color pigmentation. In addition, As a result of the unique characteristics of the materials employed in the production of our products, it is not feasible for any two items to be identical. This is not a negative feature but rather a natural outcome.
